REFUND POLICY

All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY

Please be assured that your items will ship out within a week of purchase. On rare occasion a little longer if office personal are on vacation.  If back orders are involved you will be notified. We ship all orders using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), generally Priority Mail. Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. If you require express or 2 day shipping, which will be accommodated only if possible, please call us at 631-423-7558 for charges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS

Shipping and handling costs are calculated on zip codes and weight per order. PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 8.625% sales tax. We DO NOT collect VAT tax therefore anyone ordering from the UK will be responsible for their own taxes once the shipment is received.
